Owners Reggie and Martha Phillips have worked hard to build Unique Homes to become the well-respected construction company it is today. Through the years, the company has grown to become not only a custom home builder but is involved in all aspects of construction including 4 story apartment complexes, multi-family duplexes, banks, churches, and model homes.

Our design staff enables us to make changes to any plans you may have or to create one from scratch. We are able to make these changes or develop these design ideas directly from your thoughts, hopes, and dreams for the perfect home. None of your ideas will be lost in translation, going from one company to another. Our design team is all in-house and it ensures your ideas will be understood and not misinterpreted. Reggie Phillips

Reggie is the owner of Unique Homes. He has business and financing expertise along with many years experience in the building industry. Reggie meets with each potential homebuyer and personally looks over each blueprint for structural integrity.

Martha Phillips

Martha also owns Unique Homes and has been by her husband's side since their humble beginning in 1983. She has played a vital role in the success of the business and continues to do so.

Chad Phillips

Chad is Vice President of marketing and operations. He is also an expert draftsman, and reviews his floor plans carefully to make sure that it is exactly what our homebuyer's have asked for.

Hadley Phillips

Hadley is also Vice President and Sales Manager. Hadley is very easy to work with. He spends time with every customer and helps expedite the final choices.

Tiffany Phillips

Tiffany is a color coordinator and assists customers with their exterior and interior selections. She also decorates all of Unique's Model Homes.

Derek Murbarger

Derek is the Comptroller and in charge of the finances.

Josh Griffith

As the project manager, Josh oversees construction.
